Privacy Policy

Summary

• We collect no personal information directly.
• We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited.
• Google Analytics may set cookies and process IP/device data on Google's servers.
• You can opt out any time with the options below.

What Google Analytics collects

When you visit subwaymealsguide.com, Google Analytics (measurement ID G-FEWPWKBVB5) records aggregated usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location (city/country derived from IP), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. IP addresses are processed by Google with IP anonymisation controls applied under GA4 defaults.

We use these reports only to decide what content to keep updated — for example, which menu or nutrition pages readers use most. We do not merge analytics data with any personal identity, and we do not sell data to anyone.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to recognise repeat visits. These cookies expire automatically (typically after up to 2 years). The site itself sets no other tracking cookies — the only locally stored values are your display preference (light/dark theme), which never leaves your browser.

How Google uses data

Google processes analytics data under the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Terms of Service. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your choices / opt-out

• Browser settings: block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
• Google opt-out: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Ad settings: manage personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.

Data retention

Analytics reports are kept in aggregate form inside our Google Analytics account under Google's default retention settings. Because we hold no user database, there is nothing to request, correct or delete on our own servers.

Children

This site is a general restaurant-menu reference and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

External links

Pages link to external sites such as subway.com and Google policy pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

Changes to this policy

If we change analytics providers or start collecting anything new, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will change.
